Return Information
If you change your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 28 days of receiving the item for a full refund. You will be required to pay the carriage costs for unsuitable returns. If you believe that a product ordered is faulty or require assistance returning a large item, please contact our Customer Service team via email enquiries@steelngrey.com who will be able to assist you. All our goods are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from date of despatch.
How to return your item
Your wish to cancel your order can be notified to us by email to enquiries@steelngrey.com. Otherwise, you may contact us via telephone on: +447435469068. Office hours 9.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday – Sunday.
Unwanted products
When returned the item must include all original packaging, be in as new condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them. You may return your unwanted item within 28 days of receiving the item for a full refund.
Faulty products
Your item is under warranty from the date of purchase and any technical issues must be reported to the enquiries@steelngrey.com in writing with photos of the fault and photos of serial plate, the warranty sticker must be intact and not broken or damage in anyway or this will invalidate your warranty with us.
If your product develops a fault, you have the option of a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 24 months of delivery.
Refunds
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Return Fees
We don’t charge any fees for the products you return to our store.
